Rodríguez De Santiago, is a seasoned global leader in digital transformation and emerging technology strategies, with over 18 years of experience in architecture, construction, and innovation. He has managed the design and development of over 2 million square feet of real estate across diverse sectors worldwide. His career spans notable roles at Gensler, BASF, and Bytes & Mortar, where he specializes in bridging physical and digital solutions.
Ricardo’s accolades include AIA DC’s Emerging Architect of the Year and recognition as a Top 50 Adoption Leader by BuiltWorlds. A frequent international speaker, he has presented at over 40 global events, including the BuiltWorlds Summit in Paris. He also serves as a thought leader in AI adoption, digital transformation, and leadership in the AEC industry. Through Bytes & Mortar, Ricardo empowers businesses to leverage AI and digital innovation for scalable growth and sustainable practices.
